1. 管理西餐厅日常运营与服务品质。
Manage the daily operation and service quality of the western restaurant.
2. 检查环境氛围、卫生标准与设备状态。
Inspect restaurant atmosphere, hygiene standards and equipment status.
3. 与厨房团队协作菜单与推广活动。
Cooperate with the kitchen team on menus and promotion activities.
4. 处理宾客反馈与客诉。
Handle guest feedback and complaints.
5. 培训团队,提升服务技巧。
Train team members to improve their service skills.
6. 管控成本、库存与运营数据。
Control costs, inventory and operational data.
7. 配合市场团队执行推广活动。
Cooperate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华酒店餐饮经验。
At least 5 years of F&B experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟悉西餐服务流程与葡萄酒基础知识。
Familiar with western food service procedures and basic wine knowledge.
3. 沟通能力强,能在高标准环境下管理团队。
Excellent communication skills and capable of team management in high-standard working environment.
4. 英文良好,熟悉餐饮系统。
Good English proficiency and familiar with catering systems.
