岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责中餐厨房日常生产运作、菜品出品标准管控及厨房团队管理工作。
Responsible for daily Chinese kitchen production, dish quality standards and kitchen team management.
2. 监督食品出品质量、烹饪操作流程及食材储存、领用与使用规范。
Supervise food quality, cooking procedures and material storage and usage.
3. 协助行政总厨、中餐厨师长开展新品研发工作,配合落实餐厅菜品促销活动。
Assist executive chef and Chinese chef in new dish development and restaurant promotion activities.
4. 监督落实厨房环境卫生、设备安全运维及后厨人员日常管理工作。
Supervise kitchen hygiene, equipment safety and daily staff management.
5. 开业筹备期间,负责厨房开荒清洁、设备调试、菜品试做及出品标准搭建工作。
During pre-opening period, responsible for kitchen cleaning, equipment commissioning, dish trial production and formulation of production standards.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上中餐厨房管理经验,熟悉团队管理及中餐烹饪专业技术。
At least 3 years of Chinese kitchen management experience, proficient in team management and Chinese cuisine cooking techniques.
2. 熟悉食品安全规范、厨房日常运营及成本控制管理。
Familiar with food safety standards, daily kitchen operation and cost control.
3. 具备米其林、黑珍珠中餐从业经验者优先。
Candidates with Michelin or Black Pearl Chinese restaurant experience are preferred.
4. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
