【Job Responsibilities 岗位职责】
Be responsible for the work of the concierge department.
负责礼宾部的工作。
Provide polite and professional service to hotel guests; assist with the check-in and check-out of important guests.
对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务；协助重要宾客的入住和离店。
Manage the baggage room, ensuring that all luggage has baggage tags and is safely stored in appropriate locations.
管理行李房，确保所有的行李有行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置。
Announcement responsible for all special matters and information related to hotel services.
负责所有的特殊事情和酒店服务的有关信息的公告。
Ensure that all equipment in the work area is in good working condition.
确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
Participate in employee training work. Responsible for employees' daily training and formulating training plans.
参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训，制定培训计划。
Arrange taxi and airport shuttle services for guests who are expected to check out when they request it.
宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Junior college degree or above, with more than 1 year of work experience in the same position.
大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
Healthy body, good appearance, excellent image and temperament.
身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳。
Excellent organizational management ability.
优秀的组织管理能力。
Excellent social skills and communication abilities.
优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
Good at interacting and communicating with guests, handling matters thoughtfully and decisively, able to independently handle various complaints.
善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
