To conduct vigilant and appropriate yield management and actively contribute towards revenue generationthrough effective management of the reservations department. This position is a vital position to the sales andmarketing function by providing current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and theexternal climate with which the hotel operates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

1.Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and black out dates

2.Develop and conduct rooms based marketing activities开发并执行以客房为基础的市场活动
Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments

3.Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitateforecasting
