· Maintain a hygienic and cleanliness of kitchen.

Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
具有酒店管理或相关领域的学历/专业证书。
·Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position in luxury hotel.
至少2年以上奢华酒店同岗位的工作经验
•Have a variety of boiled, fried, stewed, deduction, simmer, stew, steamed, baked, boiling, soup, the dry goods such as cooking techniques.
掌握各种煎、炒、煮、炸、焖、扣、喂、墩、焗、煲、汤及发干货等技术。
