职位描述
招聘人数:2人
1.在厨师长安排下,负责各种饭菜的加工制作,保证食品质量。
2.严格遵守作息时间,不擅离职守,不脱岗,不窜岗,保证食堂按时开餐。
3.严格执行《食品卫生法》,作好食堂卫生,保证无过期变质食品。
4.厨师上岗必须工服穿戴整齐,厨房内不得吸烟,未经许可不得以任何动用食堂物品。
5.负责每餐划卡统计,无就餐卡人员不得予以就餐。
6.服从厨师长调动,维护好厨房器具,作好餐前餐后各项工作。

Strictly abide by the work schedule, do not leave the post without permission, do not leave the post without reason, and do not switch posts at will, to ensure the canteen opens on time.
Strictly implement the Food Hygiene Law, maintain good canteen hygiene, and ensure no expired or deteriorated food.
Chefs must wear work uniforms neatly when on duty. Smoking is prohibited in the kitchen. Do not use any canteen items without permission.
Be responsible for the card-swiping statistics for each meal. People without a meal card shall not be allowed to eat.
Obey the assignment of the head chef, take good care of kitchen equipment, and complete all work before and after meals.
