Job Instruction:
The Training Manager is solely responsible for identifying the needs of the Hotel and ensuring that the employees of the Hotel acquire the necessary skills to perform according to the demand of the Hotel. The main responsibilities comprise identifying training needs, developing training programs, delivering of programs, and evaluating the program conducted. Responsible for managing the hotel’s training function, including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers and establishes a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating results.
