Under the general guidance and supervision of the People Service Manager, the People
Acquisition Manager is responsible for hotel talent import and daily recruitment work.
在人事服务经理的统一领导与管理下，人事招聘经理负责酒店人才引进与招聘工作。
Review personnel policies, procedures and practice. Recommend changes, modification or up-dated information to the People Service Manager.
研究有关人事方面的政策规定以及相关操作程序与惯例。如有改动、变更或其他规定，及时向人事服务经理汇报。
Assist with other salary and welfare work in the hotel.
协助完成酒店其他薪资福利工作。
